BY PURCHASING A TOUR, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THE TERMS BELOW

MANNERS MATTER In the event of inappropriate conduct, we reserve the right to end a tour and/or dismiss guests from our tours and vehicles at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, physical violence, aggressive behavior, and inappropriate treatment of our staff. Just as we provide the utmost courtesy to our guests, the same is expected from them. In the event a tour is ended due to inappropriate behavior, all amounts paid are non-refundable and guest(s) will not be allowed to tour with us in the future.

SERVICES OFFERED: Please be aware that the nature of our business is to provide sightseeing tours to attractions related to cannabis culture and lifestyle. WE DO NOT SELL OR ADVERTISE ANY CANNABIS PRODUCTS OR ACCESSORIES. We do not provide our guests with any products for consumption, nor do we permit the consumption of cannabis while in our tour vehicles. The consumption policies of destinations we visit are determined by each respective business or attraction.

ONLINE BOOKINGS: Your credit card will be charged the full tour retail amount, at the time you place your online booking order. Information and instructions will be supplied after securing your online booking. Your departure date and time will be emailed to you within 24 hours. For all bookings tour within 24 hrs. of travel date, please call directly.

VALID IDENTIFICATION REQUIRED: A valid photo identification will be required at the time of check-in. This can either be a valid Government-issued passport or Driver’s license. If you purchased your tour with a credit card, please bring the original form of payment as proof of purchase. For tours with helicopter rides included, be aware it is a Felony Crime to board an FAA Approved Part 135 Air Carrier using a stolen or Fraudulent credit card.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOWS: 72 hours cancellation notice of the applicable tour day/day/date is required for ALL TOURS. Cancellations outside of this window are non-refundable. At our discretion, amounts paid may be transferred to a future tour when/where applicable and under extenuating circumstances. Not showing up for your tour or tours canceled within 48 hours of the applicable tour day/date/time will result in a 100% cancellation fee of the applicable retail price. NO SHOWS are subject to 100% of the applicable tour retail price. All cancellations made within the applicable required notification period are subject to a $25.00 processing fee (per person).

REFUNDS: In the event service(s) described in the applicable Las Vegas Cannabis Tours itinerary cannot be provided due to cause beyond the control of Las Vegas Cannabis Tours we will exercise all efforts to provide comparable service(s). If your tour itinerary package is canceled and comparable service(s) cannot be provided, we will refund all monies paid to Las Vegas Cannabis Tours. Please allow up to five (5) business days for refund processing. Refunds will not be given for any unused portion of a tour.

PRICES: Prices are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.

RECONFIRMATION: Failure to reconfirm your applicable flight/tour may result in you being offloaded from your originally booked tour day/date/time.

HELICOPTER COMFORT & SAFETY: In the interests of comfort and safety, Passengers exceeding 250 lbs./ 114 kg. will be required to purchase an additional seat at the applicable retail price, Due to weight restrictions seat assignments cannot be guaranteed. Passengers exceeding stated body weights may be off-loaded at the time of check-in. Requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to aircraft weight and balance safety compliance.

Policy on Itinerary Adjustments Due to Exceptional Circumstances

We strive to provide a consistent and enriching touring experience for every guest. However, in rare or exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to make same-day adjustments to published itineraries in order to prioritize guest safety, comply with local regulations, accommodate weather-related issues, or manage other unforeseeable logistical challenges.

No Refunds for Itinerary Changes
If an itinerary is amended due to exceptional circumstances and a reasonable alternative experience is provided, no reimbursement or refund will be offered.
Inability to Offer an Alternative
In the unlikely event that a substitute activity or comparable adjustment cannot be provided, a full or partial refund (at our discretion) will be issued for the affected portion of the tour.
Client Declines Adjusted Itinerary
Should a guest elect not to participate in the revised itinerary once an alternative has been arranged, no refund will be issued.

We appreciate your understanding that while we aim to deliver each tour as planned, flexibility is sometimes necessary to ensure the quality and integrity of your overall experience.
