MANNERS MATTER In the event of inappropriate conduct, we reserve the right to end a tour and/or dismiss guests from our tours and vehicles at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, physical violence, aggressive behavior, and inappropriate treatment of our staff. Just as we provide the utmost courtesy to our guests, the same is expected from them. In the event a tour is ended due to inappropriate behavior, all amounts paid are non-refundable and guest(s) will not be allowed to tour with us in the future.
SERVICES OFFERED: Please be aware that the nature of our business is to provide sightseeing tours to attractions related to cannabis culture and lifestyle. WE DO NOT SELL OR ADVERTISE ANY CANNABIS PRODUCTS OR ACCESSORIES. We do not provide our guests with any products for consumption, nor do we permit the consumption of cannabis while in our tour vehicles. The consumption policies of destinations we visit are determined by each respective business or attraction.
ONLINE BOOKINGS: Your credit card will be charged the full tour retail amount, at the time you place your online booking order. Information and instructions will be supplied after securing your online booking. Your departure date and time will be emailed to you within 24 hours. For all bookings tour within 24 hrs. of travel date, please call directly.
VALID IDENTIFICATION REQUIRED: A valid photo identification will be required at the time of check-in. This can either be a valid Government-issued passport or Driver’s license. If you purchased your tour with a credit card, please bring the original form of payment as proof of purchase. For tours with helicopter rides included, be aware it is a Felony Crime to board an FAA Approved Part 135 Air Carrier using a stolen or Fraudulent credit card.
CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS
All sales are final. Credits or exchanges are only available for cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled tour day/date/time. Credits and exchanges are valid for future tours only and may not be redeemed for monetary refunds.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled tour are not eligible for credit, and no-shows will be charged the full retail price of the applicable tour.
Any purchases made through a third-party site must be addressed directly with that site and not with Las Vegas Cannabis Tours.
REFUNDS
Las Vegas Cannabis Tours does not provide cash refunds. In the event that services outlined in your itinerary cannot be provided due to circumstances beyond our control, we will make every effort to offer a comparable service. If no comparable service can be provided, a credit toward a future tour will be issued.
Refunds or credits will not be given for any unused portion of a tour.
RECONFIRMATION: Failure to reconfirm your applicable flight/tour may result in you being offloaded from your originally booked tour day/date/time.
HELICOPTER COMFORT & SAFETY: In the interests of comfort and safety, Passengers exceeding 250 lbs./ 114 kg. will be required to purchase an additional seat at the applicable retail price, Due to weight restrictions seat assignments cannot be guaranteed. Passengers exceeding stated body weights may be off-loaded at the time of check-in. Requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to aircraft weight and balance safety compliance.
AIR TERMINAL LOCATION & OPERATIONS:
We strive to provide a consistent and enriching touring experience for every guest. However, in rare or exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to make same-day adjustments to published itineraries in order to prioritize guest safety, comply with local regulations, accommodate weather-related issues, or manage other unforeseeable logistical challenges.
We appreciate your understanding that while we aim to deliver each tour as planned, flexibility is sometimes necessary to ensure the quality and integrity of your overall experience.
